Presented by Dr. Elizabeth Arbuckle Wabindato

Dr. Elizabeth Arbuckle Wabindato is a visiting Assistant Professor in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Michigan. Her areas of expertise are Tribal Governance, Native American Politics and Intergovernmental Relations. Dr. Wabindato is an enrolled member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, and has direct experience as a tribal employee, tribal community member, and state employee.

Registration Fees:

$175 per person and includes program materials, dinner on October 28, and breakfast and lunch on October 29.

Cancellations and Substitutions:

Substitutions can be made at any time with completed registration form. Substitutions made after October 21, 2008 will not be guaranteed a meal choice. No refunds will be given for cancellations.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn at 1001 Amber Avenue, Stevens Point, WI 54481. The block is under the name American Indian Tribal Governments and rooms will be held until September 30, 2008. The rate is $84 per night plus tax. Guests that present a valid Wisconsin state ID will be eligible for the state rate of $70 single occupancy and $97 for double occupancy.
